Who is at fault for the BP oil spill?

I think that the BP corporation should take full responsibility for what happened int he gulf last year. For the most part it was a chain of reactions that triggered it more than it was just BP's fault. It was humanity that created the well, it was humanity that made the design flaw, it was humanity that made the oil spill and spread everywhere which effected all the animals and environment. It may of been avoided by the BP crew that was currently on the rig, It may have also been avoided if the BP architects made the machine actually work. A lot could of happened for the spill to be avoided, but we were asking for a problem by trying to mess with environment juts for some oil. If we could think of new renewable energy sources or at least think of safer ways to get the oil in the ground, we could save many animals from a painful death.

Dante's Peak Movie

Things that were scientifically accurate:
1. There was an emit of ash and gases when the eruption began.
2. The ash in the atmosphere made it look like night time when it was day time.
3. There was sulfer getting into the towns water which was all the scientific evidence to declare a evacuation.

Things that were not scientifically accurate:
1. When the grandmother went into the water and her legs were still in tact. They would of been burned completely off.
2. They couldn't of out drive the pyroclastic flow. It would of swallowed their car a lot sooner.
3. The mine shaft wouldn't of protected them enough to survive. The lava would of gotten inside the mine.

List layers from youngest to oldest.

1. 3- Intrudes all
2. 1- Has only one intrusion and is the top layer
3. 6- Has only one intrusion and is the second highest labeled layer
4. 2- intrudes all layers but 1, 3, and 6 so it has to be younger than 5 and 4
5. 5- Second lowest layer
6. 4- Third lowest layer
